Sonic Springs is a family-owned business located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The owners, Jamie and Kaylene Daugherty, are passionate about riding and racing motorcycles. With over 19 years in the motorcycle suspension industry you can be certain that we love what we do. It takes hard work, dedicated long hours, and an unwavering commitment to operate a small business in the motorsports industry these days. We draw from our love of motorcycles every day when delivering the best parts and services for our customers.
Jamie started riding street motorcycles at the age of 18 and began racing just a few short years later. After three years racing the WERA North Central Region, Jamie shifted his attention to the business side of motorcycles. After graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Jamie quickly started developing innovative products and services for motorcycle chassis and suspension as DMr Performance Suspension. What started small back then has grown to an international company producing world-class shocks and fork cartridges. With thousands of motorcycles upgraded with DMr parts and services, you are likely to see their handiwork at your next track event or motorcycle rally. Jamie currently splits his daily riding between a 2015 Honda CBR1000RR, 2008 Dutcati 1098, and 1998 Honda SuperHwak. Other bikes in the stable include three Honda VF1000Rs.
When not operating the daily activities of Sonic Springs, Kaylene loves spending time with her three children. She rides a 2008 Honda CBR600RR (equipped with Sonic fork springs, naturally) and loves every minute of it.
We look forward to being a part of making your motorcycle the best it can possibly be!
